To get there you need to be in Manitoba, 2nd road east, of Hwy #229 (south side) 60 miles north of Winnipeg of Hwy #7 .The lane looks like your going down a bush trail (do not let this fool you). This site is on a ridge, surrounded with spruce trees, oaks. and poplars. You will find a fire pit, out door shower. out door kitchen, out house and access to a generator. There also is a extra camper if you do not want to sleep in a tent. A gazebo to get out of the rain and or to eat your meal away from flys And a fire pit with free woodCamp in a well-treed area, with plenty of wildlife viewing opportunities! This site is perfect for tent camping as well as trailer/RV camping for vehicles up to 25 feet. RVs can expect a pull-in site that will require some leveling. There is only 1 site available so you will have ample privacy. There is a huge fire pit with free firewood. Pets are welcome! There is an outhouse on-site. There is a homestead cabin on the property, Only a 10 min drive to the lake. Grocery stores and restaurants are within minutes of the campsite.

I loved the day spent at Swamp Palace. The host was a great company and the site was awesome with a nice fire pit, great kitchenette with supplies. Richard stayed the entire time and was an awesome person to talk to.

Last minute trip was well accommodated by the host, Richard! He was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and welcoming. Sunsets were gorgeous and the site was very well kept! Definitely recommend it as a simple get away! So many amenities that make your stay comfortable. 10/10

Swamp Palace
Swamp Palace was the perfect, secluded get away from loud, noisy, busy campgrounds. Being away from bright lights provided amazing views of the starry night sky. Richard is a generous host who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
