It appeared the camp was not ready to receive campers. Though there was a clearing for the vehicle, the signs and campsite markers were not in place. There were ankle turning divets in the ground and the portapotti desperately needed servicing. Of note, the campsite is adjacent to a more permanent appearing RV and trailer community. The host reached out to help with directions early in the day, but after notifying them of our arrival time, was not responsive. After wondering around a while, we found the site by referencing photos in the app. If the host can improve the site, signage, and communication, the close proximity to Old Country Market may make this HipCamp attractive for some travelers.
