Learn more about this land: Located in Leduc, Alberta, our property is 40 acres of treed land! We have 6 private and spacious campsites available for tent and RV/trailer campers. We have a 2-acre trout pond on the property. Activities include fishing, swimming, wildlife viewing, hiking, biking and more. There are many trails to explore! There is a large communal fire pit area where you can gather with your friends and family. The property is a 10-minute drive to Thorsby where you can find most amenities (gas station, grocery store, restaurants etc.). We are close to two provincial lakes and a 10-minute drive to a golf course. This is the perfect spot to have a campfire, roast marshmallows, and just have a good time with your friends and family. Please note, RVs require levelling and the maximum vehicle length is 36ft. We have a water and sewage hookup available. Generators are allowed. We look forward to hosting you!
