We are closed from 1 Dec through to 31 March due to High Fire Risk. Our 43-hectare property is on the edge of the Darling Scarp behind the historical Fairbridge Village. Only 1 hour south of Perth, so it is close enough for a quick weekend getaway but far enough to enjoy the silence of the bush. There are elevated campsites with views west towards Mandurah and the Peel Estuary, northwest views toward Perth City, and three dams on the property. Guests must be fully self-contained, as no toilets or showers are available. Just amazing views :) Some locations are suitable for tents only, and some for caravans only. 4WD/AWDs are recommended as most sites are not easily accessible with a 2WD vehicle, especially during winter. Dog friendly. Campfires are permitted in designated areas with the host's approval (depending on fire restrictions). We are closed over the summer period due to increased fire risk.

If your children are yelling and squealing you will all be asked to leave the communal area. - Please supervise your children at ALL times, this is for their safety. Children are not allowed to roam free around the farm without adults. Please ensure your children do not yell, squeal or run whilst around the animals. -Children must be supervised in the communal playground area, The playground is closed for use at 6.pm. - No lighting of campfires. Excellent camp located between Mandurah and Rockingham. Site is 90% level with great maintained grass. Lovely kids play area if you have little ones and dogs were super welcoming. Lovely breeze can be felt with some trees to provide afternoon shade from the sun. Book for a few days cause this camp provides it all and once you are there you appreciate what it offers for the area.

What a great find. There's nothing worse than having to go to the city and staying in a pokey caravan park. This place is a quick train or an hour drive up the freeway to the city but when you're at the property you feel like you're hidden in the middle of nowhere. The hosts are lovely and so are the dogs! Communication was great and the price is very reasonable. There is play equipment if you have children and chickens!! My only complaint is that I had to leave and return to reality! Highly recommend if you love off-grid, self contained camping. We will definitely be back.

The animals are amazing, and Ben was incredibly generous with his time, letting our kids help feed them and sharing lots of great stories. The mini golf is a hidden gem and absolutely worth a round! I loved caravaning at Hill Tree Farm. It is a beautiful property with (environmentally) friendly hosts, undulating hills, trees and much birdlife. I had the best night's sleep there as it's so quiet and the campsites are far apart. We will definitely return.
