13 acres of tranquil nature with the convenience of being 12.8km to the post office in the centre of town. We do have a variety of birds and reptiles we have seen in our property. We have plenty of blue gum trees. It greens up in the winter and browns off in the summer. Turn right out of the driveway to head to the first of many exquisite beaches along our Great Ocean Drive. Head left for quickest way to town. A must see is our National Parks, our beaches, Stonehenge and many of our artists around the town.

We made a late booking for Marie’s site and it was very convenient for us as a base to explore the local area. It was quiet and lots of animals on their hobby farm. Also a very friendly cat and dog kept us company.
We also bought a dozen free range eggs as well. Thanks for a great stay.

What a beautiful stay we had. The kids loved the animals, especially the calves and chooks. Sites are massive and very spread out, you have so much space to yourself. We had site #3 which is at the back, raised on a bit of a hill. We went closer to the big tree, behind some smaller trees. It made for a great spot for the kids to play and run while also providing ample privacy. Sheila is a wonderful host. She meets you to take you personally to your site and gives information on the area. She was very kind to the kids allowing them to come along to feed and put the animals in for the night.
The farm is in the middle of Esperance and the National Park so every where was easy to get to for day trips and it was nice coming back from a day at the beach to a protection from the wind and grass underfoot!
We loved our stay here!

Nakuru was a great Farm stay, large sites and Sheila was wonderfully accommodating, offered to check in on the dog if we were heading to the local national parks. It felt safe and secure. - if we are in the area we would stay again - cute cows too!

Stayed 6 nights camping with friends and loved it. Friendly hosts, relaxed vibe, and we were happily left to ourselves. Beautiful stars at night, great location just outside Esperance but still an easy drive in. Can be windy — bring sand pegs (they do have some if needed). Highly recommend visiting Wharton Beach while you’re here. Would definitely stay again.

Nakuru Farmstay is a handy location to explore Cape Le Grand if unable to get into any of the National Park campgrounds.
Large and private sites.
We stayed 2 nights.
Arrived in the afternoon and chilled out in the large open space.
Next day we did the Cape Le Grand Coastal Trail (organised car drop off at end of trail and got lift to start of the trail).
Thanks to the miday checkout, we also had time the next morning to do Frenchman Peak hike followed by a swim at beautiful Hellfire Bay. Had plenty of time left to pack up and were out by about 11am.

Nakuru was perfectly located to be able to access Cape Le Grand National Park but also close enough to the main town. Sheila was really accommodating and communication was great, the site we had took a bit to level the vans but that was mostly because we had large vans and wanted to orient them in a specific set up.

The view is a great place to camp Nevill is a very friendly and a great hoast he can and introduced himself as soon as we got there. There is a lovely and clean shower and toilet and the cutest dog. The sunsets are great from there and it is really close to town. Definitely staying there again

Such a beautiful part of Australia. The wind was winding so it was much better to get there early in the morning to check out the beautiful beaches. Make sure you also add Wharton Beach to your list of sightseeing.
