Description

Illuminated in the night by the dying embers of once roaring campfires, Sam Billings Memorial Campground is a beguiling area, just a short distance away from West Fork Road. Much like other camping sites in the area, little is offered in the way of modern-day amenities—there's no drinking water, but there are vault toilets. If you come with a crew, there's an activity area that can accomodate you all, so get yourselves all worn out in nature, then retreat back to your sites to make use of the picnic tables and fire pits provided. Before you know it, your eyelids will be getting heavy as you enjoy the last glows of the embers once again.
