This area would probably be cooler if Rihanna were here, but Riana Campground will just have to do on its own. Whether you're interested in hiking or biking the gorgeous trails, Abiquiu Lake offers the most stunning backdrop of rugged mountains you've ever witnessed. See if you can find Chimney Rock located across the way near Ghost Ranch, which many people say looks like a giant thumb. We bet you could get over there in four, five seconds.

My favorite campground in the whole country. Inexpensive, wonderful hosts, beautiful views, awesome country store with restaurant. Large campground with well maintained site. My favorite in the Puerto loop. There are drive in and walk in campsites. Water close by and bathrooms too. Shower house with hot water (but no outlets) I always go at the end of September before Labor Day. Warm ays and cool nights. Best sunsets Ive ever seen!
