Studdert Family Farm

4 sites · RVs, Tents4 acres · Temelec, CA
Our family farm is located in the heart of beautiful Sonoma Valley. A total of 7 acres with 4 in Chardonnay grapes and 3 as our homestead and sheep farm. Come feed animals, gather eggs and use our place as a launching point for your wine country vacation. While riding her horse through the vineyards, a friend of ours noticed a "For Sale" sign. Nice barn, lighted arena, hmmm...maybe my friends would like to move here. One phone call and a risky escrow led to our dream property. We've slowly made it our own and have found that growing roses, grapes, fruit trees, chickens and sheep are our specialty. We've been "camping" here since 2002 and can't believe our luck. With uninhibited views of the beautiful hillsides and a rural lifestyle, our farm makes us feel like Nature paints us a new painting every day. The Chardonnay grapes are turned into wonderful Carneros wines by some of the areas best winemakers.

Sonoma Country Landing

1 site · RV2 acres · Sonoma, CA
PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow tent or car camping; we do not provide restrooms and only allow self contained vehicles that provide restrooms. This is a family owned property that has been part our story since the 1970's. Dave grew up on this land and is a Sonoma native. His family comes from a long line of dairy farmers who have resided here since the 1950's. Mary and Dave met 20 years ago after Mary moved to Sonoma from San Francisco. We purchased the land from Dave's family a few years ago. We're currently in the process of developing 2.5 acres and are excited to share a piece of our history with you. We have planted a small orchard, a thriving garden, and have plans for an appealing landscape. Enjoy the nearby wineries, hikes, biking and dining in the scenic Sonoma and Napa Valleys.

I bike/ train to San Francisco almost daily from this property. EV parking or charging coud be accessed also. we have a nacs or tesla charger at two locations that are sloped down in grade. one slow charger (3 mph and one faster one about 13mph) please make your bookings at least 1 day in advance so we can prepare to accommodate your rig. thank you :)

Ocean Cliffside Cottage Driveway

1 site · RV1 acre · Moss Beach, CA
Hi! I'm John, with a fantastic driveway spot that's literally right across the street from the cliff overlooking the ocean in Moss Beach. Hear the ocean roar at night, dark, quiet neighborhood. Also 1 block away from the Fitzgerald Nature Preserve, where you'll see seals on the beach under the 100' cliff overlooking the ocean. At the other end of the park is a fantastic historic restaurant/bar (Moss Beach Distillery). Walk/bike to miles of cliff-side trails overlooking ocean. Boating/surfing within 10 minutes. 15 minutes to Half Moon Bay or Pacifica. 20 minutes to Purissima redwood forrest. Perfect getaway! The spot has water, electric; WIFI: Surfcottage; Password: Daniel25 A few minor restrictions: I'm in a residential neighborhood and to keep the neighbors from ragging I can't host a typical "campground scene". So we have to avoid cookouts, guitar jams all night, etc. Sorry! Only self-contained vans up to 23'.
