(Bring an extension cord for prime spots if applicable) There is some light highway and minimal residential noise if that matters to you. You will hear birds nesting in our cacti, see tons or dove, finches, numerous species of hummingbirds or even hear some coyotes yipping at nighttime. We are about a 4 minute drive from a nice hiking area. 3 30 amp and 2 50 amp power added September 2022. Full time campsite manager on site now. Laundry has free large capacity machines. Situated outside of city limits it's a nice and quiet getaway from the busy city. Guests have a nice, family and pet friendly full size RV space with full hookups available, to include a deck with a picknick bench and plenty of grass. There's also an oversized firepit with enough space for family and friends to enjoy a night of smores and songs around the campfire. Relax, and play on this small 1-acre ranch property! We are on a septic system so please make sure your waste tanks are empty prior to arrival and only flush septic safe toilet paper during your stay.
