Vital Farm is 25 acres of waterfront property on Clear Lake, WA. 18 acres of the property is agricultural land that is open space. The owners have a small garden and some fruit trees that are for owner's use only but you are happy to walk around and tour the garden. Approximately 5 acres of the property is mowed for recreational use. There is a dock for fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking or boating. The lake is open to boats but no jet skis are allowed. You can bring your own water toys and play on the lake all day. There is open space for camping but no running water. The property has a firepit and porta potty for campers use. You will likely see wildlife like eagles (nest nearby), deer, geese, ducks, birds and of course clear, starry night, skies. There is a gas station, coffee shop, public beach, over 21 restaurant/bar and small store within walking distance from the property too. Waterfront with dock access

Field of Fun!

Incredible view with amazing bird watching and we even got a front row seat to the Northern Lights. Our family loved the big open space that was perfect for the dogs to run, the kids to explore while always being in view and us to throw around the football and play Kanjam. Kids loved fishing off the dock and our friends were able to easily launch their Kayaks. Port-O-Potty was clean which was an added plus. We loved staying here and will probably be back! Robert was very quick to respond and extremely friendly!

Old Homestead W/private lake access

What a beautiful spot! The host was great and met us when we arrived. I appreciate that he did not overcrowd the area with too many sites; we felt like we had appropriate room to spread out and feel like we were not on top of other campers. The Adirondack chairs and picnic table were nice touches. All in all we had a fantastic time and will definitely come back!

Beautiful spot and lovely host! Our 2 year old dog and 1 year old baby had an amazing time running around. We are sure to be back!
