Just 1.5 hours from Seattle, Portland, Mt. Rainier, Mt. St. Helens, & Olympic National Park, just 1 minute from Rainbow Falls State Park and 4 minutes from Willapa Biking Trail! We are located on top of Bunker Hill nestled between the Dunn creek and Chehalis river. Our property is 56 acres of mixed biomes including multi-generational forests, open meadows, and creek side trails. We are located right off Chandler Road, off of Highway 6. You turn onto Labri road (white sign) and you're on the property after going through a gate. Meander down the road past a red barn and several buildings on your right. Through the second gate, the dispersed camping site offers various sites for camping attached to a main trail that parallels the Dunn creek down to the Chehalis river. They are conveniently accessible off the logging roads which cross with Labri road after you've passed through the second gate. If you take the logging road to the left (look for a blue and white ribbon) you will come up to a tree line where you can park (another blue and white ribbon) and either take the trail to the left or right where you will find ample places to camp. You may camp along the trail or closer to the creek. The most ideal spot is right after you park near the blue and white ribbon if you walk North you'll see a site marked with an orange and white ribbon. This site has easy access to the creek but is still on a hill. There are four RV spots with full onsite hook-up. Two of the RV sites are paved and lit with ground lights and are prioritized for heavier rigs. The other two sites are on grass. We have two RV sites with no hook up (boondocking) but bathroom and shower access. We do not allow dumping of grey water or sewage at our property but there is a dump station just 1 minute away at Rainbow Falls State Park. The site is located on a hill so you get very nice view of sunsets and sunrises. For those who enjoy bird watching the nearby fruit trees bring in many birds. We are an ideal location for those who love the outdoors or just want to have private family events. 6 mi from Jones Creek Brewing, 7 mi from Evey's Cafe & Pe Ell, 20 mi from I-5, 69 mi Westport We do have employees living on the property. We ask that you respect their privacy and time as they are very busy. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.

RV w/ Full-Hookup (Paved) Site #1
Private and peaceful place!
This is a very well put together place. Friendly hosts. Peaceful out in the woods. No bathroom or shower facilities that accompany most parks at that price range. Well placed, full hookups though. Close to nature trails and a state park. It is a nice place for a family outing.

Recreational Opportunities Abound
Truly, a sanctuary of greenery in a regenerative forest on the peninsula. Located near Willapa Hills Trail and Rainbow Falls State park — this Hipcamp location is a top notch destination. Set near recreational opportunities and restaurants, this land has an inspiring story of stewardship and intention. Notable features: Dan and David’s homestead, also known as the “The Bunker” to locals, is a true feat of an engineering. The Bunker is an earthquake ready home that can withstand “the big one”, with over 10,000 cubic feet of material and 4’ thick concrete roof, all built right into the hillside. You will marvel at the craftsmanship and intention put into this property. The home itself offers an incredible story and inspiration to all. Surrounding the bunker are robust gardens, RV spots, and a regenerative forest for tent camping, being managed in 60 year harvest cycles. Nowhere else will you see native doug fir starts growing nearby, or be able to study primary succession first hand in recently harvested areas (perfect for telescopes). No clones, no pesticides — which give foot rot to the deer and elk. They aim to preserve the integrity of this rich and dynamic landscape with intelligent forestry practices. Soothe your nervous system and stresses, camping near the creek, and bond with family, friends, or stock up on solitude or self insight. Additionally, Dan and David could not be more thoughtful, communicative and welcoming hosts. You won’t be disappointed! 👍🏕️

RV w/ Full-Hookup (Paved) Site #1
Serene, quiet, relaxing all in one!
We were looking for a place to stay that was quiet, surrounded by trees and nature and. A place we could just unwind. This was a perfect spot for a few days for us to relax. We walked though the forest, spent time outside painting watercolors, playing cards, letting the dogs play ball in the field and just loved the silos nearby. Dan was so friendly and kind, checking in on us and sharing his favorite local spots to see. We cannot wait to go back and bring friends with us! Love the spots 1 & 2 that are paved. Thank you so much!!

✨MOST MAGICAL PLACE EVER!✨
Hello! I’m Aly 😂. We had THE BEST TIME!!!! I’m so over the moon happy (except the wet blankets cuz 34 degrees 😂) I don’t care though because, I’m from the desert 🏜️. This was a, very personal…. Hard trip for my boys and I, who are going through a lot right now. Dan, David, and the people that work with them, including their own family…. Are magical humans, who care so deeply about every living thing. Dan, thank you for the warmest hug….. I miss my grandpa so much, and you🥹 gave me one of those hugs. Thank you for the stories and the yummy coffee and the fire 🔥 wood 🪵 it smelled so good! We even had our own Charlie Brown Christmas tree lol I’m so bringing my boys back when y’all decorate it! David, My Libra twin🥹😇 Thank you, for being so cool and giving me that tour of the grounds.
