50/30/20 amp and water hookup
We had an amazing time at Juan’s ! What a gorgeous property. We could have just stayed on the land and had a great time without even exploring the mountains. The rv spot was nicely secluded, the hosts were so friendly, and the horses were happy to be petted, which was my favorite part. We’ll be back!

The Point at Caynor Lake
We had a wonderful stay at The Point campsite. Its scenic, relaxing, and pretty private. We caught and released probably 15 fish over our ~24hr stay (catfish, crappie, bluegill, and bass).
Juan came and greeted us when we arrived. We rented kayaks from him and also bought some bundles of wood, which was dropped off at our site. We would definitely stay here again.
Note that they do have a friendly small off leash dog. It got along with our dog just fine, and they even played. However, if you have a dog you're bringing who doesn't get along well with other pups, this may be important to know. That being said, their dog did seem to have good manners and seemed to read dog body language well etc.

Really beautiful location! Juan was a very gracious and kind host. We saw a beaver in the lake which the kids loved.

Juan's property was so beautful! My sister and I had a lovely time at the lakefront camp site. Juan was also super responsive, helpful and welcoming :) Would definitely come again.

The Point at Caynor Lake

Loved our recent stay at The Point. Juan met us at the entrance upon arrival at 7pm to help direct us to our campsite. The property is absolutely stunning. The campsite had a stone fireplace with grill and picnic table nearby. Only a 15 minute drive, the proximity to downtown Culpeper was perfect for meeting up with friends for the weekend. Highly recommend and will be visiting again soon!

What a gorgeous location! Definitely was a tad confusing to get there but he was available on the first ring and guided us in. The kayaks were a huge success. My daughter brought her book out at one point! Thank you for your hospitality
