Purchased this slice of heaven 2 years ago with intentions of making it a space for ourselves and community. We like to imagine, create from recycled materials, and we enjoy getting our hands dirty planting trees and in the garden. Chickens are not only our favorite form of entertainment but their eggs taste great in our breakfast tacos!! The sunsets out here can be pretty amazing and being so close (less than a mile) to the Colorado River we sometimes get to see the sunset on a paddle down the river. Learn more about this land: Tent, and car camp among some shade. RV plug in located by the garage. Plenty of trees to sleep in your hammock. There is a communal chimney, picnic table, outdoor shower and bathroom. The colorado river is less than a mile away from camp with flushing toilets, volley ball courts, kiddie park, and boat ramp. Lots of folks paddle and fish the colorado river. We have chickens on the property so plenty of entertainment right there.Tent, and car camp among some shade. RV plug in located by the garage. Owners were super friendly, convenient location. This was a unique property and we had everything we needed. Spent some time at the river park a short drive away and it was great!

Nice safe place to spend the night

This was a good place to hunker down for a few days on my travels. Owners were nice and responsive. I felt safe. It was cool hearing an owl at night. There was a lot of dog barking behind the property. Sounded like 20 dogs, but I never saw them. I think I was hearing machine guns from maybe a military base? Plenty of space to walk my dog. Good sky for star link. They offered power which was a nice plus. I used the out house to save on my own tanks. Had a nice convo with the chicken. Overall it was a nice stay. I am pleased and will stay again if ever passing through again. Thank you both!

Would Stay Again

Straightforward spot for me to camp for a couple nights while on my travels. The host Lolly put me in touch with her partner Brandon and Brandon was very helpful and accommodating. There is an outdoor cold shower that he showed me how to use, wifi, and a spot with electricity if you need it. All in all it was just what I needed. Would stay again if coming back thru this area!

Excellent place to stay! Lolly was a fantastic host. She showed us around the property, and was great to talk to. She even gave us a piece of DELICIOUS homemade coffee cake. The property was pretty and our RV spot was level. We will definitely be back!
