Great spot! It's easy to find, private, and has great views. Really can't ask for much more. Highly recommend.

The Wilderness
Private and remote
We all have our own ideas of camping, but for me the more remote the better. This place fit the bill.
The ride up was beautiful all by itself. The site itself has a few different areas to camp and can offer multiple gorgeous views from different areas.
We chose to go to the top. There isn’t much if any flat area up there, but we set up tents basically on the ‘driveway’ and made do. The area just below is probably a better spot in general for setting up camp with it’s own crazy views, but I couldn’t resist having a view all the way around.
I like private areas and this was certainly it. I think we saw/heard one car all night. This site definitely made my top 5 of those I’ve found on Hipcamp. I like our waterways in the the Midwest, but the more remote I can go into the mountains and hills the better.

Peace and quiet
Awesome spot! Extremely quiet and the star-gazing was great. The kids enjoyed building forts with deadfall. We parked just up the drive from the entrance but the walk back on the two-track was scenic.

Quiet and peaceful.
Also great that the dogs can run free and live their best lives!!

Perfect!
Myself and my two boys (14 & 16) loved the site! We did tents right on the flat section of the driveway. There were plenty of other spots beside that but it was getting dark when we got there. Saw a mine on the road on the way up. Stars were nice and bright.

The Wilderness
A nice, level, parking/rv area on a hill. Driveway from the road up the hill is a little steep, and then there is a pretty good turn around spot.
My trailer is 14’ and easy to maneuver, 30 feet or larger it may take some effort to get turned around, but it can be done.
Very pretty and peaceful area. It’s about a half mile up the hill from a section of the Mickelson trail, near the 71 mile marker.
