#7 Spill way
Options for getting rained out
Because of flooding we had to go to a site that was different from what was booked, but it was still such a solid weekend. James was very friendly and has such a beautiful property. Get wood here, because 5 bucks a bundle is a solid bargain, and it’s pre-bagged for transport. The pond was the best part, plenty of fish. There wasn’t a soul in sight, but if there was, there would have been plenty of space. Having a bathroom with running water was a nice touch, especially with it being rainy and windy our first day. For the coolest camping experience, I would recommend the spillway. You’re right on the late under a hill, so there’s total privacy with quick access to the water. If it rains, don’t go there. We will be back and ready to tackle more bass soon. My favorite part of the trip was seeing the sun on the property in the evenings. Worth the price for a real camping experience with the luxuries you need. Can’t recommend enough.

A slice of heaven
This farm is such a special slice of heaven, and I am so grateful Jim, Kathy, and all their friends welcomed us with open arms for our trip. The site is secluded and spectacular - we swam, we paddled, we hiked the lake - and the farm is welcoming, beautiful, and well equipped. I can’t wait to visit again. Thank you so much, Jim!

Absolutely beautiful and well run!
This place is amazing! The property is beautiful, the owners had plenty of good help for the eclipse, the sites are all different and spaced well apart. The indoor bathrooms with flush toilets were simple but clean and the additional portable toilets were clean They are dog friendly, they encourage good camping etiquette, and the owners live right on the property. It's right down the road from Malabar Farm & Mohican state parks. We plan to return and try different sites!

Great hosts, peaceful setting
Stayed here for the 2024 eclipse. Probably the busiest this place has ever been but the hosts were great, friendly, and very accommodating. Only bad part was Saturday night we were told there was "karaoke"... this was setup right next to our site. There was no karaoke - it was just one lady singing (poorly) about 15 songs in a row. Don't call it karaoke if no one else can sing!

Always an amazing time at the farm! Jim provided us with plenty of fire wood to keep warm, he was more than happy to deliver it right to our site! The views are incredible to wake up too along with the sounds of ducks and geese.

Great experience
Beautiful site with plenty of privacy. Just stayed one night but wish I could have stayed longer. Mr. Jim was a great host and even brought my firewood to my site for me. Creekside spots were accessible to my 2WD van with no issues. Bathroom in barn was in great condition, clean and even heated.
