The Cabinette
Best camping spot in Ohio!
We loved cabin-camping at The Oasis! This campground is nestled in a private, tree-filled plot of acreage with creek view/access. We took advantage of the peace and quiet to explore a little. There is a great public hike/bike path adjacent to the campsites.
We set up in the cabin (due to rain) where we found a gorgeous and immaculate abode! A refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, tea kettle, air conditioning AND fireplace are included. There was plenty of stocked firewood and a spacious area to sit near the fire-ring.
Be sure to bring extra TP/sanitizer as there is potable water at the cabin site (by the road) but not inside the cabin. There are porta-potties as well. The owners have sprayed for ticks, which was so great!
We will be coming back as often as we can!

"My experience at Oasis was excellent. The cabin was amazing , and the owners were incredibly friendly and super nice. The beauty of the river is truly beautiful. It's something you have to see in person. Without a doubt, Oasis is the top campground in Frankfort, Ohio.
