Nice little camping spot, with a small pond. Tons of little bass, property was very nice, my son enjoyed his time there.

Weekend with the Dogs
We had such a wonderful time at Phillip's pond & meadow. It was the perfect weekend getaway. It was so peaceful.
We had a group of 10, plus 3 dogs. There was plenty of space for the dogs to explore. One of them particularly loved the pond.
There are many places to set up camp. We took Phillip's recommended
spot between the fire pit and the tree line which provided shade in the morning but the afternoon pretty brutal. However, during the afternoon it's easy enough to just move chairs and activities to the shaded area on the far side of the pond, near the small apiary. Bees were not a problem at all.
It was great having easy access to a bathroom, shower and fridge. Everything was clean.
I believe there are 2 dogs on the property. We met Luna and she was so sweet. Our dogs were little jerks so she stayed away mostly but everyone was so excited the few times we got to see her.
There's a Walmart about 10 minutes away so if you forget anything, it's a quick drive to the store.
Phillip is super responsive, even recommended a music festival in town for the weekend.
It was just a great weekend and I look forward to coming back in the fall.

Perfect in every way!
Simply amazing! The camp spot was private, quiet, easy to access, and the pond is full of plenty of fish eager to caught. Not to mention the sweet and friendly doggie who quickly became our camping buddy. We loved everything about our stay here and my kids won’t stop talking about it. We will be back time and time again. It really is the perfect camping spot! Thank you Phillip for the prompt and clear communications. We appreciate you sharing your slice of paradise with us!

Easter Weekend Escape
This was an excellent experience and we’d love to come back! Phillip was more than accommodating and even offered a refund due to some poor weather and iffy conditions on our first day. The meadow was amazing for spending the day outside to relax, and walking around the property was fun. There are plenty of amenities for campers to appreciate. Our two goldens had the time of their lives and were sad to go back to city living. The pond was a perfect way for them to cool off when the temps were high, but I suggest bringing a canopy or umbrella if you enjoy some shade!
It was a beautiful stay and I’d recommend it to anyone!

Phillip's site is great. Excellent, precise directions to spot and to the amenities. Plenty of room to camp with firewood provided. You may explore a bit with a walk in the woods. Phillip was a great host.
