Come stay in a furnished yurt surrounded by a 20-acre wood! The yurt is located in one corner of the property at the very end of the access road so no one will bother you. Take a walk up the road to a wooded lookout or relax on the large porch with coffee and listen to the birds and quiet. For chilly nights enjoy the wood stove and watch the stars without light pollution.
14 minutes to downtown Sandpoint, Lake Pend Oreille, mountain bike trails, hiking and 10 minutes to the base of Schweitzer Mountain Resort. Extremely low clearance vehicles and trailers are not recommended due to the bumpiness of the access road and limited turn around area.This beautiful forest yurt is off grid but has everything you need in a quiet part of rural Sandpoint, 15 minutes to downtown. It is situated on 20 private acres at the end of a road. There is a large deck, outhouse, outdoor camp style shower, potable water jugs, large battery for lights and charging electronics, and firewood.
