Indulge in a glamorous camping experience on the north shore of Oahu in your private bungalow. Enjoy the convenience of a kitchenette situated in a covered lanai (patio), complemented by a detached bathroom. Whale watch directly from the comfort of your bed and stargaze at night, reveling in the tranquility of the surroundings. Immerse yourself in a plethora of outdoor activities such as great hikes, pristine beaches, surfing, swimming, fishing, rock climbing, and even horseback riding—all within close proximity. Nestled in the countryside of North Shore, our location is far removed from the city lights, providing a perfect escape. Ever witnessed a moonbow? Now's your chance. Experience this enchanting phenomenon at our unique North Shore property. The bungalow is at a discounted rate during the winter due to swells. Keep in mind North Shore of Oahu is known for large waves in the winter. If there happens to be big surf, it can sometimes cause loud splashing during high tide and if high tide is at night, some light sleepers might not enjoy it. We do provide ear plugs if there are large swells. Our best season is in the summer when the ocean is calm and weather is sunny and dry.Enjoy your stay in your own cozy little bungalow. Enjoy the oceanfront deck and whale watch or fish. Lounge in our covered lanai with a cute kitchenette. Walk or drive to nearby beaches, hikes, rock climbing, horseback riding, sky diving, etc. Stargaze at night and more.

Fantastic time at the edge of the ocean! Great spot just 10 minutes from Haleiwa, and under that to Ka’ena Point trailhead. Kim was very responsive. We loved staying here!

The ocean views 😍. We loved how clean and simple the space was. It was so relaxing and peaceful. I personally loved the sound of the waves to fall asleep to every night.

10/10❤️
Such a dreamy space! This is just as beautiful as the photos. I would categorize this as a “glamping” type of experience since you have amenities like a bathroom, fridge, clean linens/towels/etc, but it is nature-centric and space is limited. Although it’s just a little room with a bed, I was able to fit a full size suitcase (checked bag) plus my partner’s large duffel bag so really we had no issues there. An awesome touch was the adjustable bed which allowed us to lounge and watch the waves from the room during the day. Kimzie was a kind and calming host and she gave great recommendations for nearby food. She notified us beforehand that the waves would be loud at night, which we were fine with, but the waves actually helped me sleep like a ROCK. I would 1000% recommend this to other travelers that enjoy a simple space and prioritize having access to natural beauty. Thanks Kimzie!! We’ll be back!

North Shore Bungalow
This location was great for a couple nights on North Shore. Amazing view (we saw a turtle swimming right outside upon arrival)! A little walk to the bathroom/shower. We did have one of our windows broken by someone while staying here, so take ALL of your belongings out of your car (like most places on the island). There isn’t much room in the bungalow itself for large suitcases, but there is a covered porch to leave items that would crowd up the sleeping space. One evening we had a brief termite swarm to our light, but it subsided after we turned the light off for 20 minutes or so. Overall a great spot with AMAZING hosts who helped us deal with the window and bugs, provided amazing hospitality, and even gave great recommendations for activities. We would definitely stay here again!
