White Dog Farm camping
Beautiful area, with so much to do, and wonderful hospitality! All expectations for this site were exceeded. Anna was incredibly communicative and kind from the moment we booked. She even called ahead to let us know about a wind advisory and offered options if we wanted to wait it out. Once we arrived to the site, later than planned, she had 2 bundles of wood and kindling ready for us then led us to the site. The land is absolutely beautiful and we had perfect weather the entire time. We hiked Desoto Falls (10 minutes away) and plan to go back for several other waterfalls that are close as well as other great hiking spots all within 45 minutes of White Dog Farms. My favorite perks are a well-maintained porta potty and easy access to potable water, both very close to the creekside camping area. Anna was always quick to respond to questions and bring additional firewood which we paid for at the end of our stay. We got to meet all the horses and pet them before we headed out, which ended the trip on such a highlight. We can’t say enough great things about Anna and the farm and will absolutely be back!

Excellent with kids
This was a great spot, especially with a youngster. The creek was easily accessible by a gentle sloped area and was well shaded. Provided plenty of free play space and it was so pleasant to sit by the fire at night listening to the creek on one side and the snorts/hoofbeats from the horses on the other. Anna was incredibly kind and accommodating. She really went the extra mile to be sure we were comfortable and having fun. And her dogs are the sweetest! We can't wait to go back!
