Breathtaking view of the lake and local bird life. Lakeside pitch was of reasonable size with picnic table - plenty of shade too. David kindly allowed us to wait for our tent to dry before vacating our pitch. Enjoyed our stay.

Lake front camping!
We loved staying on David's aka Mike's property. He is right on the lake with beautiful views. He has several camp sites and 1 cute little cabin. He also has a ramp on site for small boats and kayaks, 2 bathrooms with showers, and the best sunrises and sunsets. He had a huge fire going each night and plenty of firewood. We are already planning our next trip!

I loved Dave’s place very shady bathrooms were clean and smelled good my tent was 10 feet from the lake just 100 percent beautiful and Dave was a great host. Even started a fire in the fire pit

Site 5 - Grass Field Tent Camping
We had a great time! Our family reserved two spots for the weekend. The “camp ground” is located in a neighborhood, but it is separate enough we never noticed. The sites are well maintained, right on this lake and are beautiful. We enjoyed fishing and relaxing all weekend. Lots of birds & wildlife kept us entertained. There are campground bathrooms, they were cleaned and maintained all weekend. The bathrooms aren’t super fancy, but there is a flushing toilet, sink & shower with hot water. The camp owner was around all weekend in case we needed anything. We will definitely be back again!!

Location was excellent! I came here for paddleboarding and this site was right on the water and close to so many springs. I felt safe and the other campers nearby were cool (good vibes all around!) The guys working on the property were very nice and helpful. I initially booked for one night and as soon as I arrived, booked for another. First night, the a light was left on in the bathroom so there were an insane amount of gnats, but the second night that light wasn't on and it was much better. I would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend
David is a great host. Welcomed us in and checked on us. We were in spot #2. Really enjoyed sitting along the bank watching so many different birds and water fowl. And after dark? Perfect for stargazing!
