We have a quiet spot with 50/30/20 amp service , access to refill water tanks and free high speed fiber internet. It’s a great neighborhood that is very quiet and peaceful. Close to lots of shopping, highway 470 and Wadsworth Blvd. chatfield lake is 1 mile away. You’ll be in the mountains in minutes. Trails for bike riding or walks.Quiet peaceful place to rest and still have access to mountains, lake , shopping and more. Bike trails, free high speed fiber internet, water to refill tanks and free 50/30/20 amp service. Working on sewer connection in the near future. We are only 25 minutes away from downtown Denver, but far enough away!

Franks Place RV Site

A great spot so close to Denver! The area has a ton of food spots, close to highways so you can get pretty much anywhere else very quickly, but is still in a cute neighborhood. Quiet, relaxing, and Frank was an awesome host! Would definitely stay again on our next visit.

Franks Place RV Site

We had a good stay at Frank's! It was easy to get into, relatively level, and a good location central to everything we were going to. It is a neighborhood, and we encountered multiple unleashed dogs while walking our reactive dogs - not anything the host can do about this, but something to note if you have reactive dogs. The host was very nice and welcoming on our way in and our stay went as planned!

Franks Place RV Site

Peaceful, beautiful weekend

Very beautiful drive in to this town. Neighborhood is so peaceful. So close to many stores, restaurants and outdoor areas. Frank was an awesome host! He greeted us upon arrival, got us all set up with Wi-Fi and gave us some suggestions of nearby things to do. This place is a steal. So close to Denver. I would highly recommend this place and will come back again! Thanks, Frank!
