We have 9 acres with plenty of elbow room. Located 5 minutes from Mancos, right off CO 184, there is one site in the trees with full hookups and 2 sites on top perfect for group camping. Sites on top have a beautiful view of Mesa Verde to the west and the La Plata mountains to the east. Both sites have water and electricity and sewer dump nearby. The area is full of history, from Mesa Verde National Park to Canyons of the Ancients National Monument. 3 ski areas within an hour, whitewater rafting, hiking, biking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, stargazing or just enjoying the sunsets. With Mancos only 5 minutes away, there are dining options, brewery, parks, library, and shopping all with a small, hometown feel. Come enjoy all the 4 Corners area has to offer!

Jerry’s place was quiet and secluded with gorgeous Mountain View’s. Quick response time from the host, and great help with travel plans and local businesses. Thanks for a great stay.

MSB Legacy Retreat II

Perfect location for visiting the Four Corners area! The property is located near Mancos and has a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. As experienced Hipcampers, we could not ask for better hosts. They are friendly, welcoming and completely helpful with local information. They are experienced campers themselves and therefore understand what travelers are looking for in a Hipcamp experience. We highly recommend MSB Legacy and plan on returning. Thank you Jerry and Connie!!

MSB Legacy Retreat I

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jerry’s property! Extremely welcoming and friendly hosts. Our spot was closest to the home, but still offered plenty of privacy and space for our kids to explore. Very nice set up and a short drive to Mesa Verde National Park. Highly recommend!

Great stay, thanks!

Great stay on the hill in our 28 foot motorhome and Jeep toad. Beautiful views, full hookups (dump station), dog friendly, wood for a fire. Super location for Mesa Verde NP, Canyon of the Ancients NM and Hovenweep NM. Town has a small grocery store, liquor store, gas station and restaurants. Jerry and Connie were welcoming and provided lots of information on the area. Top tips: bring leveling blocks as we did need to use them, have a plan for garbage, we found a dumpster at a rest area.
