We’re sitting on a dirt road with 30 AMP electric and water hookups. Views of the sunset over the mountains from the pad that is 22x45 next to a field. There is also a mowed section to use that is 21’x85’ for you to stretch out on. Easy back in space with loads of room to turn around. Horse back riding trails near by. Shelter water and fenced space for horses provided at small additional cost per night. Inquire for more details.Pull up and connect in minutes. Flat crushed asphalt pad purpose built for RV stays. There is enough room for your rig, sliders, 10’ camping mat, awning and a small (3 foot) fire ring to make s’mores or enjoy the evening. Bring your dingy vehicle trailer with atvs or even your horse! Sunset RV Pad

Great place to stay!

Marc’s camp site was lovely! Close to all the fun places in the Denver/Boulder area but far away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Marc was a great host, thank you for your kind hospitality.

Sunset RV Pad

Nice Stop Over

If you are looking for a rural setting near the big city (Denver), this might be your spot. Expect your typical rural, farm setting noises (chickens, horses, dogs and some road noise). Marc the host was incredibly responsive to our inquiries. He met us upon arrival and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Water hookup and 30amp was a big plus. One must travel down a half mile dirt road to get to Marc's place. The road was washboard, just take it slow. Really quite easy to drive down. The RV pad itself can only be reached by backing down the driveway from the dirt road. It is only a back-in site. No turn around. We backed our 35' fifth wheel down the driveway and onto the pad without too much trouble.

Sunset RV Pad

Perfect and quiet site all to ourselves, Marc was super helpful and friendly. Excited we could be the first guest! Definitely beats the rv parks.
