Welcome to cliffs edge campsites. Almost glamping, you will have a fantastic experience while staying in our spacious and comfortable bell tents. Sitting by the provided gas fire pit and watching the clouds pass over the Pikes Peak range is a time to remember forever. This extremely unique space allows campers to enjoy city lights below, and incredible stars lighting the sky above. Enjoy over 160 acres of unspoiled Colorado front range wilderness. Backed up against billions of acres of national forest, these woods have had little human contact until the campsites were erected in 2022. End of the road privacy for these Rugged cliff top campsites with awesome views of Pikes Peak and surrounding areas. Behind locked gates, enjoy privacy and piece of mind Within the Locke Mountain Vineyards private ranch. Rarely used Private access to San Isabel national forest, groups can follow an old mining road, perfect for miles of mountain hiking and sure adventure for all. Less than one hour drive to the Royal Gorge, Pueblo reservoir, and other local attractions. Endless hiking and exploring of the canyons on the 160 acres of private property. Bring your binoculars to to enhance the vistas from camp, or even a spotting scope for long range game viewing. Golfers Driving range is great fun. Feel free to smack the provided golf balls into the abyss for max distance. Also the golf ball scavenger hunting in the canyon below can keep the kids busy for hours. Truly a destination campsite, worth a few nights stay. This place is Sweet!!! Notes -No fires what so ever! Fire danger is extremely high in this area. - Although we are only forty miles from the Sand Dunes park, it is a four hour drive to get there, so maybe not the best area to stay if the dunes are on your list. - Days in the summer can get pretty hot and shade is hard to come by, so plan a day trip to Florence river park, (about 30 minutes drive)and hop in the Arkansas river and cool off. - this is a wilderness area and all Colorado wildlife is present.Site is private and spacious. Besides all the same amenities, outlook is Slightly larger for more room to pitch your own tent. Nearby outhouse for comfortable pooping. Eight campers max

The Bluff
Beautiful, clean and private.
This was the best camping experience that I've had yet. Beautiful land, privacy, well thought out accomodations and an attentive host. The bed was comfortable, the out house was clean and smelled good, and the whole area was immaculatly clean. I hope to visit again.

Beautiful view, not far from town
This was in a beautiful spot overlooking the mountains and valley below. Plenty of room in the tent and seating outside for our family of five. Josh was a wonderful host - responded quickly to questions and was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed hiking the property and were only 20-30 min from town - You Scream has delicious homemade ice cream and other treats - a must-try! We plan on returning very soon.

The Edge
Best Camping Trip Yet
Our two night stay at the edge was the most peaceful time we’ve had in ages. Despite the 90 degree temps during the day, there was cover from the canopy(by the table) and umbrella, so we kept cool. NO mosquitos, which was fabulous(though Josh provides Off, which I did wear so maybe that was why), a little trouble with wasps/hornets but nothing crazy(I have a fear of wasps etc so it probably wouldn’t be noticeable unless you’re a pansy like I am). The night sky was beautiful, you can even see Pike’s Peak from the Edge. The driving range was so fun, and the canopy tent was spacious with very comfortable memory foam cots. 10/10-we will be back when temps go down so we can bring our pup with us. :) Josh was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Views were incredible, it’s quiet, and the hammock is a nice touch.
