5.5 acres with views of Mt. Garfield and the Grand Mesa. Quiet and secluded feeling but close to wineries and restaurants! Our open field provides flat ground to camp or park. Surrounding areas have livestock that add to this farm feel. We as property owners live on the property and are here to help or provide directions or recommendations for tourist attractions.

Farmhouse Field Campsite
We loved Katie’s place! Easy to find, she was excellent with responses & directions. We lobed sharing the space with the resident goats & donkeys and the neighboring cows! We actually stayed 2 days because we loved the surrounding towns and the peaceful space to camp! Thanks again Katie!

We loved staying at Katie's place! Relaxing spot with beautiful views of the Book Cliffs. The donkeys and goat were super friendly and fun :).

Beauty, convenience, & animals!
It was a great experience camping here to go to the Bluegrass Bash. The property has beautiful views, the host was friendly, and it was super fun to have the donkeys wander up to our camp site!

Farmhouse Field Campsite
This was such a great experience for us! We were originally looking to camp in grand junction but read that the blm land was a little sketchy. We found Katie’s property and lived sharing the space with goats and donkeys! Right between palisade and grand junction we had the best of both worlds and got to experience both towns for a day each! The property was very easy to get to and Katie was great with our last minute reservations! Thank you for the great experience!

Super Chill place
Super chill l place. Beware the friendly donkeys and their amazing cute accomplice, the goat. They are the best part of staying here. Too adorable for words. They love carrots and apples. We highly recommend this location.
