Memorial Site
Very comfortable stay
Truly above and beyond host and great location to explore or just lounge. There were an abundance of banana slugs and it was great walking along the river. I appreciate the host for providing a delicious breakfast along with tea and enjoyed having access to a bathroom.

Redwood Valley Drive Site
The hosts were super communicative and friendly, we got parked in our spot which had a beautiful view!
We then got a tour of the property, they have a super cute cabin with muffins, cookies, tea and coffee. There is also a bathroom, and a kitchen with full amenities. Unfortunately we only had one night free to enjoy it, but we definitely want to come back.
We took our dogs to the creek for a swim, and got lunch at Alice’s (a close walk) and Mountain House which is about a 10 to 15 minute drive down skyline towards Half Moon Bay.
There are many cool campsites on the property, as well as swings, disc golf and so many beautiful surroundings!
Apparently there is a trail that is accessible from the property that you can hike, unfortunately we didn’t have enough time. But next time we plan to check it out, there was a cute area to the right of where we parked with a chimenea and wood.
La Honda is also close by so make sure to check out Applejacks, it’s a super cute bar in a cabin. They play live music and have an amazing wood burning stove to sit by.
Overall we really love the property and had a great time!

River View Site
It was a really tight spot but it worked for us. We were pretty minimal. Pretty close to the creek and really beautiful setting. The house amenities were great. An additional bonus that wasn’t expected but welcome under the circumstances. It was raining hard most of the trip.

Memorial Site
I really enjoyed my stay here! I slept at memorial site and i loved the view over the creek. It was also easy to find and I received replies here on HipCamp quickly.
The Host was very kind and welcoming and I wish i could have stayed longer to enjoy the camp and area a little more! I would definitely recommend staying here. 🌸

Redwood Valley Drive Site
Magical find in the forest
Awesome hosts and beautiful location. Breakfast is included, wow. We appreciated the access to the kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful hiking trail nearby and walkable to Alice’s restaurant. Best cookies in town!
