This is an RV parking spot in the Heritage District of the Town of Gilbert. The Heritage District is home to our weekly Farmer’s Market, a bike trail along the canal, splash pad, parks, restaurants, breweries, cocktail lounges, bars, and shopping. This area is known for being safe, friendly, and very walkable. The RV spot is a 0.3 mile walk to a fish taco shop, a cocktail lounge and an art gallery, 0.4 mile walk away from the Farmer’s Market, the nearest ice cream shop and a historic BBQ restaurant, 0.5 mile walk to a performing arts venue, a dog friendly brewery with a dog “spaw”, and an arcade! We love it here and think you will too.Welcome to the Heritage District of Gilbert. This area is know for being safe, friendly and walkable. When you arrive, you will back in through an RV gate onto a crushed granite, level pad. The pad is 22 feet wide and 40 feet long, perfect for RVs with slide-outs and patios. When you are ready, you are free to use the 50 amp electric hookups, hot and cold water spigots, and city sewage hookups. We also have great Wi-Fi that reaches the pad just fine. To one side of you, you will have a tall block wall that separates the property from the neighbor. On the other side of you, you will see a spacious backyard and the owners house. And to the back of you there is about another 40 feet of backyard, perfect if you have a larger rig that might be longer than the pad. Street parking is available. Once you are settled, take a short walk to downtown where you can explore places to eat, drink and have fun! Attention pet owners! This spot is perfect for you and your animals. Open up your RVs door for your pet to run around the backyard safely and securely. The backyard is shared with the owners, but we only have a cat that stays indoors exclusively. There is a very dog friendly brewery with a doggie “spaw” walking distance from the RV spot. Travel nurses, snow birds, or anyone interested in staying long term! We want you too. Gilbert Heritage District RV Site
This is a cute spot in town. We spent 3 nights here and the area is really nice with plenty to do. We spent most of our time with family but Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row and surrounding restaurants are the best. They are within walking distance but there also seems to be plenty of parking there. Justine is a great host and love all that she’s doing with her backyard.

Gilbert, AZ RV spot is amazing!
I am a repeat RV customer, this location is great. Just adjacent to Gilbert's main street, so many restaurants, sports bars, unique shops, coffee spots. Justine & her husband are wonderful hosts. The backyard is fenced so my Belgian Malinois could run/roll in the grass. Note, getting into the spot takes some careful maneuvering. I have a 32' class C rig, fits nicely. ***I highly recommend this location.

Amazing location
The location is just a short walk away from the lovely downtown Gilbert. We enjoyed walking around and enjoyed some great restaurants. The property is very nice. Private fenced in yard with plenty of room. The gate is a bit narrow, but doable with some maneuvering. Smaller rigs would have no problem. Hookups all worked great.

Justine & Adam's location and property were awesome. Everything was as described and expected. I give this a 10/10 rating, which I almost wish I didn't have to because it's going to make the space so much less available for future trips 😅. I've already booked this space for a future trip and will continue to do so. Location is superb.

Love this location, hosts are amazing, quiet neighborhood, big backyard for dogs, gas firepit, plus free use of washer/dryer! This is within walking distance of downtown Gilbert. Lots of choices for restaurants, coffee shops, unique/small business shops, sports bars, etc. Plenty of parking. If you are looking for an urban spot in the east valley, I highly recommend.
