This spacious 5-acre fully-gated property features a luxury boutique Airbnb & small event space with a large resort style pool. There will be events hosted on the property at times, though we implement a strict 10pm-8am Quiet Time rule. Both airbnb guests, as well as event goers AND Hipcampers are welcome to use the pool. The property is fully gated & in prestigious south Lakeland. The spot features full hookups for a 30Amp setup, including power, water & a clean-out. Pets welcome but MUST be leashed at all times unless in designated area & guests must pickup pet waste. Pets not permitted on the Pool Deck. We do offer a gated dog run with artificial turf to let your pups run. Guests may park on the paved lot or in the grass aside their camper. The spot is on grass.
