Hagerman Homebase
Hagerman Homestay is Awesome!
What a great camp spot in Hagerman! Rachel was a fantastic host - excellent communication with everything we needed to know, and so clearly stated it was easy! The spot is easy to access, quiet, beautiful views and exactly as described. It is a short walk into the center of Hagerman for restaurants, laundry or groceries. We had a great stay and would look forward to returning!

Hagerman Homebase
The camp site was smaller than anticipated. We had planed to have 2 campers, 17 and one 25 foot and a large tent. One camper couldn't make it. If it had It would have been tough to get it all in on the camp site. With that said, the site worked out well for a base to explore the area and do some fishing. And with no other campers near us we didn't have to worry about disturbing others with our noise.

Nice place for the Right Setup
I enjoyed my brief stay. I'll start by stating the host (Rachel) is one of the best communicators I've run into on this platform: proactive, accurate and quick responses. The location is also very convenient to town... not hard to get to at all. The site is a small and completely private pasture. You have it all to yourself which is awesome. Its scenic and equipped with two nice tables, set of chairs, firepit and wood (are you kidding me?). However, there are a few challenges (not necessarily major but worth calling out as other reviews weren't clear IMO). 1. the gate is narrow. Not a big deal for me since I've got a small Intech camper but could be rough with anything bigger. It also doesn't close or lock which makes leaving your camper a bit of risk - although the area seems extremely safe...but there are thieves everywhere and an active construction site a few lots up. 2. The lot is not completely flat and the power is about 40ish feet from the cement base. I don't have a long power cable. For me, this meant having to angle the camper into a very precarious position combined with pushing a subtle uphill as I rotated unto position. Again, others might avoid this with better equipment... 3. Since there is no bathroom, you better have a tent or camper you can use. The site has very little seclusion from the neighbors (although some are quite a ways from the lot). Overall, this sounds much more negative than I feel. I enjoyed it and appreciated the host.

Peaceful night
Very peaceful night spent here! Listening to the meadowlarks and looking out at serene pastures. Completely quiet night. Very restful. Loved it.

Great little camp spot in rural Idaho. Quiet and sky full of stars. The water spiked was great and the water tasted great. I’m thinking it was good well water. The solar lights in the gate helped us find it in the dark.

Not for 40' RV - Small vehicles onl
Not for 40' RVs!! Arrive before dark and ask the host for the physical address, it's not provided. Very difficult to find in the dark. We blocked the dark country road for 15 min trying to get in and then finally backing out. Thankfully the truck stop (loves) a few miles away has an RV park (awesome btw) and we were able to stay there. This place would be fine for a small vehicle. The turn off the country road is tight. Be careful. Thank God no cars came down the dark country road while we had it blocked trying to get in/out.
