OMGEEEE—- AMAZING! Hidden Gem!
I can’t say enough good things about this site or the host. A lot didn’t go according to plan but Marty was right there to have our backs and communicated almost instantly. Private, secluded with amazing views. Had no trouble with our huge Class A rig. 65ft. Plenty of room. Lots of room to turn around and navigate. Might have been a LITTLE more of an issue if there were other campers on site… But there weren’t. Suggest arriving during daylight hours. Easy to navigate once you know the lay of the land but it’s dark at night. Fair amount of road noise but otherwise exactly as described. Probably even better in reality. We will definitely be back this is absolutely stunning property and everything is well-kept and well-maintained. The pond, dock and fire pit are picturesque. There is even a paddle boat. No trash. Within 15 minutes of food and great outdoor recreation. We had spotty cell phone coverage (Verizon) but there was a tower outage happening. Hear that this is not the norm for this location. But have a back up plan. Thank you Marty! We will be back for sure.

RV Camp Site - 50 amp
The pond was amazing for the kids!
We enjoyed labor day weekend at Marty's property with 4 families. 7 adults, and 9 kids under 10. Everyone had a blast. The pond was the big hit, with the kayak, tin boat and paddle boat. The kids played in the pond all day, all three days :) 45 minutes from Denver, a great, easy camp spot for families.

Had a great time camping on Marty's property. The views are beautiful and the little pond is nice to paddle around in on the toys that Marty provided. It was easy to find and the directions were very clear.

Beautiful but close to highway
Beautiful location and Marty was very kind and responsive! However the location was extremely close to a highway (estimated less than 1000 ft away). There was road noise on a continual basis including throughout the evening into early morning hours. This may not be as loud for RV/campers however it was noticeably noisy as a tent camper and made it difficult to sleep. Would recommend if looking to just be outside, but not if you’re looking for a quiet getaway from the city noise.
