Peak View Site 1
First time visitor and it was our first camping trip since October. It was a great experience. Beautiful views of Pikes Peak. Easy to find camp sites. Directions were helpful and easy to follow. Appreciated the dump station and firewood access for additional fees. Bobby was very friendly and helpful. The only thing was there wasn't great communication through text/call/hipcamp inbox. But host did come by yo greet us and make sure we were comfortable and even made adjustments to our reservation when we asked since it was a quiet weekend at the campgrounds. We LOVED the view from Peak View Site 1 and asked if we could move there and Bobby helped us move and provided firewood. Overall enjoyed the stay! Would recommend to others due to convenience, views, and hospitality.

I was only there for a night, but it was wonderful in the snow! The camp was easy to find with their directions. Really close to town just in case you forget something. Clean bathroom, and a water bucket for fire was provided. Will be back whenever I can!

Good and bad
We booked for two nights at this beautiful site. Bobby was very friendly. This site is basically in their backyard, which we didn’t know but we were okay with it. Beautiful view. Booked the two nights and our littles were uncomfortable with the temps while sleeping. We tried to have Bobby come to our site to let them know we wouldn’t stay the second night but our texts were ignored. We then decided to just pack up and leave immediately and ask for a refund for the second night, which again was ignored. Which is fine, cancelation policy is strict but the completely ignoring your guests when they ask to talk to you is completely unprofessional.
