2.5 acres of gardens and wildlife-close to downtown sebastopol. 1 hour from the Golden Gate Bridge, 25 minutes to the Russian river, 16 miles to the coast. Chickens and bees on the property. It is shared land but the hip camp site is very private. We have a giant garden with lots of flowers and veggies. This is a small 10x12 cabin with two twin beds, fridge, toilet and outdoor shower.This space is great for someone wanting to get out of the city and relax or write. We are 3.5 miles from downtown sebastopol and 16 miles to the ocean. We do not provide bedding-please bring your own, theres wifi and drinking water.small 10x12 writers cabin----quiet space with great views on very beautiful property. microwave ,tea kettle, shower and bathroom. We are about 3.5 miles from downtown sebastopol. The property is gorgeous with beautiful gardens and views. Theres only one single bed-so it can handle only one person

Cabin for writers to be!

Pat is an amazing host with very sweet friends! She got extra nice on that Thanksgiving evening to host me for dinner, at the last minute. The cabin was very cozy and as described (lots of privacy, quiet surroundings, leafy spot). I loved staying there to get inspiration and will certainly be back.

A lovely cabin to get away to.

We really loved Pat's cabin! Although all the "plumbing" is outside (toilet, shower, sink) they all work well and the cabin is very comfortable. There's a fridge, microwave, kettle and some plates, cutlery and cups. The two beds are twin-sized and we slept well on them. It's on a lovely plot of land west of Sebastopol on a hillside, surrounded by trees.

Pat is a awesome. The space is awesome. The weather is awesome. Outdoor showers are awesome. There's literally no reason for you to not book and stay here. I know I'll be staying here the next time I'm in town.

Pat’s place was cozy and had plenty of amenities. There was drinking water, a water heater, a fridge, toilet, sink, a shower, etc. I had everything I needed. I recommend staying here if you’re in the area!
