We have two newly developed camp spots on the east end of our property. This year we will only have dry camping. It is a wooded area, close to the village, lakes and hiking. Lots of outdoor activities including sand volleyball, badminton, ax throwing (only plastic so not dangerous) and corn hole. Coming in the future: Electricity and picnic tables. .

It is an excellent place to walk your dog on leash, visit the horses, observe wildlife including many species of birds! We are just a few miles from Horsetooth Resevoir where you can paddle, kayak, etc and just a mile from CSU campus! Bike on a dedicated trail to Old Town to complete your trip with awesome restaurants and a paddle park on the Poudre River!

We provide beautiful prairie sites for Class A, Class C, RV, trailer, Euro, Van stays! No Tent camping, must be self-contained. Open space near our place: Eagle's Nest, Red Mountain and Soapstone Prairie. When we are not in a fire-ban, we will supply a fire-pit, BUT, you MUST bring your own fire extinguisher. We charge for wood, $15 a bundle--it’s over $300 a cord now!!! Less than 43 miles from Laramie and Cheyenne, and only a half hour drive to Fort Collins. NO toilets or showers are provided! RV PARKING: 5 sites! Sites 1-5 allow pets and kids. Water hook ups in sites 4, and 5. Site 7 &; 8 has shade from 6:30 pm on., but can only be booked without kids or pets. Yes you can group 1&2 or 7&8 for larger bookings. All sites are 75 yards or more apart! Each site has a table, fire-pit, and chairs. All rigs welcome! (No showers or toilets.) We are strict on arrival time, please be here before 7:30PM no later. We will not place you after dark on our land. Check out is before 10 a.m. You can book a fishing tour with professional guides down the Poudre, or simply just set up on our property. You can also visit two horseback-riding stables close by if you want a trail ride. Yes, we have waterfalls 3 miles down the road. All info provided when you arrive and meet. We’ll have a packet with lots of info for you upon arrival. We love to share our land, the wildlife and birds are beautiful each day! Our hope is that at the end of the day, your hands and feet should be dirty, your hair a royal mess, and your soul singing!
