Picturesque camping set within the protective hilltops of beautiful Lydia's Canyon. This camping destination is on private land and has long list of unique, attractive features. Conveniently located just a couple minutes off Highway 89, this is the perfect stop over between Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. Special features including private fishing ponds, a large pavilion equipped with tables and chairs, fire pits, kayaks and FREE WIFI will make your stay easy and fun! Campers will enjoy clean, HOT showers and flushable toilets. You will have access to the multi-acre campground where you can choose which tent site or RV site you prefer. We DO allow no hook-up camping vans in our tent sites. Two of our four new RV sites have full hook-ups (sites 3&4), the other two (sites 1&2) have water and power hookups only. You will have access to the large pavilion for gathering, cooking or shelter from the elements. You also have access to the clean bath house, equipped with two shower rooms (with on-demand hot water) and flushable toilets. As an added bonus, you will have access to the ponds, you may use the boat, canoe or kayaks, you can also catch and release fish if you have your own fishing equipment. (Keep a fish or accidental kill for a fee.) If interested in booking a fishing experience, please reach out to us for more details. There are seven available tent sites and four available RV sites with hookups. No beds or tents are provided. Please plan to bring your own camping supplies. Common spaces including the pavilion and bath house are shared with all campground guests. Lydia's Canyon is known for lush green fields, overflowing fresh water ponds full of native fish, Canadian geese, turkeys, exclusive bird-watching, deer, farming, cows, horses, and last but not least . . . kind, welcoming residents who are happy to help you have a memorable experience. Located in a private gated area on the shores of Kolob Reservoir, Kolob Campground is the premiere location for camping on Kolob Mountain in the Greater Zion National Park area. Kolob Campground is located adjacent to the Kolob Reservoir boat ramp and dock, including four acres of private shoreline. Just a few feet from the paved road, nestled in tall aspen, oak, and pine trees. Access to potable water is available adjacent to camp, and public restrooms (vault toilets) are only a short walk from camp.WiFi access is available nearby at Kolob Adventure Rentals/Adventure Beach (3 minute walk). WiFi location and password provided by host upon request. This is an exclusive benefit available to our guests, and the only WiFi available to campers in the area.Canoe, kayak and SUP rentals, snacks and beverages are also located nearby. We are located in Cane Beds, AZ (2 miles from Utah) in the middle of a beautiful desert and sandstone rock countryside. Chill out in our glampground fellow adventure lovers and nomads. Head to Zion through the secret locals cut through. (40 mins to Springdale and epic views). We offer one of the coolest, safest, cleanest and most popular boutique campgrounds in the region. LGBTQ, BIPOC, Woman and family friendly! YES, We are dog friendly. PLEASE ADD YOUR 4 LEGGED FRIEND ON TO RESERVATION. We charge a $15 fee for doggies. We offer 3 water and power hook ups that are ideal for vans or small trailers. WE DO NOT HAVE A SEPTIC DUMP on site but one close by that is free at Bee's market. We have shade structures, a BBQ area, a propane firepit (no wood fires in summer please! too dry). Great restaurant and food options nearby. No need to bring anything. Grocery store down the street with everything. Fresh local veggies, fruits, eggs and more in season. Saturday market seasonally also nearby. We have a hot tub!!!! $5 per use per person. MUST RESERVE THERE IS A BOARD AT THE TUB TO WRITE NAME ON. 30 minutes please so that others have a chance to tub too! Propane is a $5 per use additional fee daily if you want to use the gas firepit or the BBQ. Hot tub is $5 per person per use. We purchased the property from a family down the road and they have helped us develop out the piece we have. Currently we park a trailer on it that we rent out, plus we have 1 glamp tent, 1 little cabin, 1 camping platform and a few areas for tents and vanlifers to pull up! We have a group site with it's own kitchen/BBQ area. There's a bath house with 2 flushing toilets an outhouse and an outdoor heated shower. We also have a great outdoor kitchen with everything you need to cook a great meal! Stove, pots and pans, dishes, etc! LOCATION is close to everything! We have cool art, horseshoe put, an outdoor kitchen with stove and all the cooking utensils and pots and accessories you need! Hot water is really hot! We have 2 kitchens!! Land Beyond Zion is available for group rentals and great if you are trying to plan a camp out with numerous people, but struggling to find a campground that will accommodate. We are not an RV park but can accommodate some smaller rigs, so reach out to us if you are interested in staying. We have room for a skoolie if it's the right size! Up to 24-26 feet vans and skoolies. Inquire if your rig is bigger. DOG OWNERS THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! If you have a dog we ask that you please keep it leashed and near you at all times. If there are other dogs on the property you will need to leash up dogs. Also, please walk the property and pick up poop!!! We ask for a fee for dogs. This can be found in EXTRAS or pay on site. Please respect that we increase prices for more people in your group as this has impact on our space. We allow 2 per site and then additional fee for up to 2 more people. We only have so many showers, bathrooms and space for all and we like to not get super crowded. Children are the exception, but please let us know how many folks are in your group when you reserve. Centrally located in Southern Utah, with Hundreds of activities within 60 min of our front gate! 5 min from Zion National Park/Kolob canyons entrance! (The peaceful side of Zion!) Kanarra Falls (permit required), Spring Creek trailhead, and 10 min from Cedar city with any and all amenities (movie theater, grocery stores, festivals, events, hospital, etc)! Under 1 hour to Main Zion Entrance, Brian Head, Cedar Breaks, Duck Creek, Sand Hollow, Quail Creek, St. George, Tuacahn. Great jumping off point for further adventures at Bryce canyon, Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, etc! We have 2 friendly dogs on the property, Shaggy and Scooby. They love people and enjoy scratches! They are still in training, so bear with us while they learn, and please let us know if they are in the way. Enjoy our small fold of highland cattle, plus other farm animals.
