This place comes with a relaxed atmosphere and is located near Catamount Ski Resort, Bash Bish Falls, Taconic State Park, Hudson NY, and Great Barrington, MA. If you plan on bringing a pet please be sure to add that fee to your booking under "extras" ($25) If you have additional guest(s) that would like to join you that fee is ($25 a night per person) and you will need to message us about how to arrange that. We have extra easy pop-up two person tents are available to rent ($15 for two nights) you can also find that option under "extras" along with bundles of firewood ($15)

Queen's Cabin

Dog Friendly and Fully Fenced!! This rustic 600 square-foot cabin with a semi-private bedroom and a fold-out couch can comfortably sleep up to 4 adults. The bathroom and kitchen both have modern amenities. There's a wood stove but also electric heat and AC and hot water. Huge sliding glass doors open up to a wrap-around porch. No TV, but Wifi. It sits on 5 wooded acres and nearly a full acre of cleared land is fenced, making it safe for dogs to run off leash. The house sits within the fenced in acre so you can conveniently open the doors and let your dogs run free. There is one visible house across the street from the front of the cabin but it feels very private in the back of the house. There is a firepit. There are two outbuildings onsite that are not available for rent at this time. The cabin is 20 mins from Minnewaska State Park and Mohonk Mountain House, and 35 mins from Kingston, New Paltz, Gardiner, Phonecia and Woodstock. Local restaurants of note include Mill and Main, Roughcut Brewing, Westwind Orchard, Arrowood Farms, and Harana. We live in the chalet next door where we offer small group fitness classes most days of the week. Ask us for more info if you're interested.

We are a 15 acre farm on the shores of Swan Lake. There are plenty of campsites sites all around the property, accommodating tents, mid sized campers and RV's. No children under 16 please. Depending on how crowded we are, privacy varies, but on most weekends you can be out of site of other campers. Many campsites have fire-pits already, but you're welcome to make your own anywhere you'd like. While camping, you may be visited by over 100 friendly, free roaming FARM ANIMALS! You may feed them, but PLEASE dont let them eat plastic bags. Be sure to put all food away when you are done. We cannot offer reimbursement for tents damaged by animals. This is extremely rare, but it CAN happen. If you do not wish to put your tent at risk, please do not camp here. The farm was once an old bungalow colony and has some glass and metal still in the soil. Please wear shoes at all times. Firewood is available at several locations around the farm. There is a heated sink and shower in the back corner of our main camping area. Boats are available at our lakeside dock, at no charge. There is also a great mountain for hiking and a super secret swimming hole, both within a 10 minute drive. Also enjoy a child free visit, as we do not allow children under 16 years old. Catskills Wilderness Retreat

Mid-Century home that is part of a 9-home community offering a pool and tennis court. Great hiking is close by, along with ice climbing, and four ski mountains from 10 to 40 minutes away. This house features wood ceilings and beams, large windows for views, and an abundance of natural light. It boasts a nice open plan layout. There are three private bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the fourth "bedroom" is actually a sleeping loft with a ladder, open to the great room below. The base rate is for 4 guests. The house accommodates 8+ guests with an additional cost per guest (approximately $50/night/guest). It's a great place to get away. Use the house as your base for various hiking excursions, ice climbing, local event hopping, skiing, or simply relax and enjoy nature. There are four ski mountains all within a 40-minute drive. In the summer, enjoy the pool and tennis court, sit on the porch and read, or attend local festivals at Hunter or Woodstock. Other activities include Belleayre Beach, tubing down the Esopus Creek, fly fishing, or horseback riding. Hiking trails are at the end of the street and many more within a short drive (we provide local trail maps and books to help you find one). Diamond Notch Farms for horseback riding is within walking distance. Hunter, Windham, Belleayre, and Plattekill mountains are all nearby. There's also ice climbing available nearby, and festivals are held year-round at the ski mountains as well as in Woodstock. The towns of Phoenicia, Hunter, and Tannersville, with many good restaurants, are all very close.

We have a large, packed gravel parking area for RV's like truck campers, camper vans, small trailers, and Class B and C's. We are at the end of a steep and winding private road with a tight curve, so we usually can't accommodate large Class A's, but feel free to message us with specific questions about what fits! We're close to awesome hiking, fantastic restaurants, breweries, music venues, and everything Woodstock, the Catskills, and Hudson Valley have to offer!
