The Good Karma Honey Bee BnB

Karma Acres Farm was started in 2010 by Lee Hughes and Lisa Broward to promote their love for beekeeping and gardening for wildlife. They produce wonderful, natural, raw honey and honey products for their local community. In fact, their farm was voted as #1 best honey provider in Nassau County in 2019.

Farm Life Camping

Purchased, cleared and built by us in 2004. 7 acres with much livestock. Quiet and serene, but so close to town, beaches, forest, lakes and much more! We love our farm, come enjoy!Learn more about this land:Very secluded horse farm in a back road location. The wild deer, turkeys, coons, coyote, and foxes visit on a regular basis to hang with the horses and eat the leftover hay and grains! The prices are based on you setting up your tent or camp.  We are very low key and fun. 

We arrived after a rainstorm, which made for pretty dramatic colors. Also, the overview of the stables and main housing area.

Unexpected, but appreciated. We'd forgot to grab food on the way in, so Kirk (host) helped us out! Also, let us know that the grill was available to use.

Harvest Blessings Garden

I'm a retired US Army Veteran, having retired in 1999, My favorite Uncle Phill Allen was a US Army Vietnam Veteran. Back then, so I asked him to co-sign, and he did. Soon after, I got married, and my uncle was the one who gave me away. In July 2000, he left and went back to Texas. He passed 2000.  The camp is to honor him and veterans.Learn more about this land:Welcome! Hipcampers to Harvest Blessings Garden Retreat. Located in Jacksonville, Fla on a private 2-acre property off of The Nine Mile River. It has two organic fresh vegetable gardens. Camp on the water or in a nature spot and wake up to the sounds of all varieties of birds. So if you are a bird watcher, you will enjoy it here. Fishing is great if you like flounders, red bass, brim, catfish and blue crabs and more. Well water is free. You can pitch a tent or park a small size RV or tiny house on wheels. Harvest Blessings location is an outstanding 15 minutes away from each major highway or interstate, which is Interstate US1 10, 95 and 295. Places you can find within 15 minutes from the location include Jacksonville Airport, Zoo, EverBank Stadium, Amtrak Train Station, and shopping, restaurants and movie theater. Anastasia Island  RV Pad Rental

We love living on Anastasia Island. It is a small Island 2 miles wide by 15 miles long. It is walking distance to the beach,  fishing pier  and amphitheater.  We have a small fishing lake in the back yard (unfenced). There is a national bird rookery preserve a few blocks away so the bird watching is wonderful. There is an alligator farm and a dolphin aquarium on the island., as well as a historic continuous working light house. Our pad is just across the Bridge of Lions (2 miles) from the Oldest USA city, St. Augustine, Fl. The historic Fountain of Youth is there along with many other attractions.

We have two level paver RV Pads. They both have electric, black and grey water cleanout, fast high speed internet (full hookup).   They each have   private patios for picnics, socializing, and relaxing.

Pad 1 accommodates an RV up to up to 28' in length.  Pad 2 accommodates an RV up to 34' in length.  Both sites have full RV hookups.  We accept Class B, Class C, Small 5th Wheel, Pop-up Campers, Vans and Travel Trailers.  Sorry, we can't take Class A and no tent camping is allowed.

There is also a large back deck with picnic area overlooking the small fishing lake in the back yard. 

We enjoy meeting fellow travelers and sharing our paradise island.

 We are LGBTQ friendly.

Our neighborhood is quiet and safe.

The location has easy access to great adventures, history and wonderful memories may be made here.

Pets are welcome on leash. accompanied by an adult, Each additional pet (over 1 pet) is $5. additional camper fee. There is an off leash  park two blocks away. The beaches are also pet friendly.

We adhere to CDC guidelines for safety.
