Our site offers a place to stay as a gateway to Destin, Okaloosa Island, Pensacola Beaches and waterways, or to the expansive local activities in the Blackwater State Forest and surrounding rivers, including hiking, hunting, canoeing, and kayaking! We have: 3 FHU Sites - Water, electric, and Sewer at each site. (One 50 AMP + Two 30 AMP sites); Boondocking Site, Primitive Site, and Glamping in our refurbished 2003 Dutchman Camper. The site is on fully fenced in 14 acres. The campsites are behind a natural barrier of trees that offer privacy. Though we are a peaceful setting, there are neighbors beyond the fence and you may hear donkeys braying, roosters crowing, cows mooting, or dogs sounding off to deer moving around in the woods of the state forest. There are well maintained walking/biking/hiking trails are on the property, with many shaded sections. Porta potty on site for our tent campers and boondockers, but coming soon - a bathroom house w/ flush toilet! Our Sites: Red Oak Nook has 50 AMP power and we have an available converter from 50 AMP to 30 AMP. Go Bull's Landing and Long Leaf Landing both have a 30 AMP power hookup. We also offer Cozy Camper at Long Leaf Landing for an amazing "glamping" experience with A/C, microwave, refrigerator, and RV bathroom & shower! We also have a primitive site and Boondocking site. A large spacious boondocking/tent site and a walk in primitive site! Something for everyone! We are pet friendly! Though pets need to be on a leash outside of your site. Beautiful dock for fishing. Less than 2 miles to Dollar General for most of your needs, 4 miles to Bruce, Fl. Learn more about this land: Tent camping on the Choctawhatchee River. Two public boat launches right next to the property. The boat launch has a port-a-potty as do we. We have an outdoor shower that has instant hot water. We can accommodate boat parking on the property. We have a dock that you can tie your boat to but the water level is often not good for getting on and off the boat. I'm putting a road into the back so you can go in and out without to boat dock without crossing the road.. At present, you sometimes need a 4 wheel drive to get to the back of the property. For those of you who wish to boondock with your trailer or motorhome, we can accommodate at most times. There is a breakfast nook at the tiny house on the hill with a barbecue available.

Stay for a night passing through, come in early for your stay on the Gulf or a couple days as a home base exploring the most beautiful beaches in the world. We live in the house on property during the Winter and Spring. We welcome families and friendly dogs, as we have kids and a dog. Use the dock to enjoy your morning coffee or to catch dinner. Hope you enjoy our little slice of heaven. We have a 50 amp plug and access to water as well.

We have a nice little RV pad on the back of our coastal home. Situated on a little bayou that opens out into Choctawhatchee Bay. Crab Island is only a 10 minute boat ride away. You would have access to our small dock and there is a neighborhood boat ramp less than one hundred feet away. This is a great place for kayaks, wave runners, and small boats. If you don't have a boat, we can set up any kind of trip you want. We are all licensed captains and own multiple Crab Island businesses. We have a 32' sailboat that has been in our family for 3 generations and our oldest son runs charters on it. You can charter our pontoon boat for as many as 6 people to take you to Crab Island as well as some other spots that only locals know about. We can also accommodate up to 2 people on an inshore flats skiff targeting redfish and trout on light spinning gear and fly rods. The neighborhood is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Fort Walton with large oaks and magnolias providing plenty of shade for bike riding and walking. Downtown Fort Walton with its shops and quaint restaurants is only a mile away. Didn't bring a bike, we have 2 you can use. The site comes with water/sewer and 30 Amp hookup. The sight can accommodate up to 43' for trailer and vehicle.

We are two military veteran families who enjoy the land as a place for family and friends to explore, camp, and relax at the 250+ feet of the East Bay beach. Primitive camping is permitted at designated wooded high grounds in the middle of the property. It is a 5 and 10-minute rugged hike in to the middle ground and waterfront, respectively. The trail remains under development, so please bring close-toed shoes or boots for hiking throughout the property (depending on rainfall, there may be mud and water). Our Glamper is a 10x12 canvas furnished tent located a short but rugged 2-minute hike from parking. It provides the opportunity to go camping without having to pack all the gear. Our location is minutes from the Emerald Coast - 7 mins to Navarre Beach, - 30 mins to Pensacola Beach, - 15 mins to Naval Live Oaks, - 45 mins to Fort Pickens, - 50 mins to NAS Pensacola, - 45 mins to Santa Rosa Island, - 35 mins to Okaloosa Island, - 40 mins to Destin. There are well maintained walking/biking/hiking trails are on the property, with many shaded sections. Porta potty on site for our tent campers and boondockers, but coming soon - a bathroom house w/ flush toilet! Our Sites: Red Oak Nook has 50 AMP power and we have an available converter from 50 AMP to 30 AMP. Go Bull's Landing and Long Leaf Landing both have a 30 AMP power hookup. We also offer Cozy Camper at Long Leaf Landing for an amazing "glamping" experience with A/C, microwave, refrigerator, and RV bathroom & shower! We also have a primitive site and Boondocking site.
