We have 4 separate units on our property, including 2 cabins and 3 yurts, Each cabin and yurt is set up with only one bed, in each. We are a perfect spot for solo journeyers and couples. Larger groups can rent multiple units. We also host 3rd party retreats for up to 12 total guests. We do allow cannabis smoking on our property, in the common areas outside of the tents and cabins. We offer our exclusive Magic M Meditations, Yoga, Plant Based Vegan, Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian Meal Options, Moxibustion, Kundalini, Tantra, Energy work and other holistic well-being services, Small Group Retreats, Boat Tours and Boat Rentals. Use of a private vehicle is required. The property is on a natural 46000 acre lake that is connected to The Atlantic Ocean by The St Johns River. This location offers abundant wildlife refuge. This can be exciting, but dangerous. Please do not feed or approach the wildlife. You may see alligators, snakes, otters, manatees, as well as several species of fish and birds, including, but not limited to, american bald eagles, egret, heron, seagulls, bass, mullet, crappie, bluegill and more. Please simply use caution and do not attempt to disturb the animals or their environment.

We have a Preserve just south of us, and are at the end of two streets. We have almost 50 trees on our property, most being southern pines. There is easy access to many local amenities and shopping. The house has an unbelievable 130 feet of water front that looks as natural as it was when the house was built in 1949. Every room is flooded with natural light which gives a nature enthusiasts every opportunity to observe the constant flow of Florida's wildlife from wild turkeys, large cranes, gorgeous painted buntings, red cardinals, and of course the Florida alligators! This home is ideal for large families who love the outdoors; however, it also is set up for those who need their own space. Each bedroom is accessed through a large screened in patio which is an idea place to watch the sunrise each morning. The bathrooms are set up jack-and-jill style between two bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. The library has a small selection of books however there is table seating, a sleeping area, and wireless internet available for those who want to get away but need to still be connected. There is also a large capacity washer and dryer set up in the breezeway for all the clothes that will need to be washed for all your outdoor adventures. The home is within walking distance to an outdoor waterfront restaurant that hosts, on occasion, live music and serves your basic grill style food which includes gator. In addition, the home is adjacent to a full service marina which is great for boating enthusiasts. Being adjacent to the marina renters who bring their own boat, with insurance, have the option to use the Sanford Boat Works facilities which includes their boat ramp, covered docking amenities, fuel dock, and their low key clubhouse that has a well maintained pool and gaming area. The use of the Sanford Boats Works facilities is an additional cost that is paid directly to the Marina. Information can be provided on request. Although the use of the marina is a boon there are public boat ramps not far from the home and more than adequate parking for more than one trailer on the property; therefore, everyone can enjoy the river, Lake Monroe, and even Lake Jessup. In addition, there is room for a family to park their RV without obstructing the view from the home. The possibilities are endless for family fun vacation!
