We are a family owned/operated ranch, located along the Cosumnes River, one of the last un-dammed rivers in California. As one of the last rivers flowing from the west slope of the Sierra without a major dam, the Cosumnes is a vital example of a healthy watershed. Our goal is to offer a unique outdoor experience for anyone looking for a place to spend time in the great outdoors. Whether you're looking for a single campsite, or a place for a larger gathering, we're excited to have you visit! Take your pick of activities available on site: swimming , gold panning, fishing, camp fires, wildlife watching, floating, hiking, and mountain biking to name a few. There are 3 miles of river to explore. Private and noise free. Porta potties on site.

Site 16 - The Overlook
Amazing! Nicely shaded campsite which felt very private given it is not too close to other sites! The walk to the water is moderately steep down an ungroomed hillside but at the bottom there is a beautiful area to swim or relax next to the river! We stayed at site 9 our first night which was great, but we preferred the swimming and grassy beach area near site 16. Hosts were very responsive and so friendly! I did not get the gate code to the property which was supposed to come to my email so make sure to check if you have this before you arrive :)

Site 18 Turtle Rock
This trip is amazing, our campsite, turtle rock 18, is in very end, and very private by the river. Me and my husband plan to come back during summertime and book the same spot! People in the ranch are so friendly and kind, love this beautiful place❤️

Site 6 - Rowan's Camp
Such a wonderful spot. Great shade which helped with the mid-day heat. We loved being so close to the river and how spread out all of the sites were. Very private location. 5 stars.

Second time here and already thinking about coming back for the third time! Anybody reading this in the month of April, the flowers are in bloom and the grass is so green and beautiful right now. It’s stunning, what a luxury camping spot with sooooooooooooooo much beautiful nature. I’ll be coming back ✨🌸
