Cozy nook with a view
Excellent
Great piece of land for camping. Every campsite has their own space. The hosts are terrific people. They make you feel welcomed.

Words are not enough
This is just an amazing place. Sue and Brent are lovely people who are justifiably proud of their home and property. We just got home and are already looking at when we can go back! The listing doesn't do it justice. If you are reading this, just book it. You will not regret it!

Open to the stars
Mulled wine, bonfires & stargazing
Loved hot stove camping at Susan’s & Brent’s. Easter long weekend was a bit chilly and dusting of snow was on the ground each morning when we awoke; however, the unlimited firewood kept us warm as it was necessary to feed the stove to keep the interior of the tent toasty. The pit toilets were a walking distance. There’s a ground artisan well in one if my sites. And the trail passes by the sites. the sites . Susan was always timely to answer my questions. I brought 2 groups to occupy two sites.
This site offered more than we expected. It was so private/ secluded but at the same time easily accessible to bring our items in by foot from where we parked. We strung lights and lanterns. There’s no bench on this site; however, Brent brought one over for us for our prepping & cooking space. We ate/drunk/sung/danced & told stories by the campfire. It’s the best site for stargazing because it blocks all lights beyond the evergreens. The wide open land just beyond the pines was great for testing a drone brought by the only child in our midst. We would definitely cone back to this particular site again.
Something to consider: We explored & brought picnic to three different waterfalls while in the area and were happy we did it.

I loved cabin camping here! There was lots of space for my dog to run and she loved jumping through the fresh snow every morning. The wooden shack was also super convenient to get to and I loved that they already had a bonfire going when I arrived! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to do some winter camping!
