About .34 acres Snake River Teton
My name is Jake. This is my first, and only, parcel of land in beautiful Alpine, WY. I rent an apartment 1 hour away due to my job. The size is .34 acres and is all for yourself as one site. It sits in central Alpine less than a half-mile off the Grey's River road and less than a 1/4 mile from the Grey's River. It's less than a mile to the confluence of the Snake river and Grey's river. The Palisades reservoir is a mile away and there's an outdoor rental sports store that is a half-mile away. Melvin Brewery, Bull Moose Saloon, Tavern on the Grey's, and Yellowstone Garage are all 2 miles or less away. Please check the photos section of this listing to get a better idea. This is a residential area.
*** Please note: There is an open fire restriction for Teton county and Sublette county.

The vibe at .34 acres Snake River Teton
If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
The property was In a great location in a quiet residential area. The property is undeveloped with high desert grasses and plants. This time of year the grasses are so dry I was afraid to pull my Truck onto the property in fear of starting a fire. The fire danger is high. A hot engine and tall dry grasses are a sure trigger for wild fire. I live in Urah and we are warned yearly of this danger. Thank goodness a friendly neighbor , felt the same way as I , and let me stay on his cleared property. I would recommend not camping there, until Jake has a driveway and parking area cleared of the dry grass.
The view of Snake River was breath taking!! The lot was large enough for our dog to play and for my wife and I to really get comfy and just a moments drive to some amazing hiking and swimming. The lot could however use a little TLC, but well worth the expense! Thanks Jacob for allowing us to spend time there!! Cheers
