The site was very nice, with a fire ring and wood already cut nearby. The grounds had multiple lake and we swam in a few of them and even used one of the boats. We will definitely be coming back to try out the other sites this summer andmaybe the winter too.

The Seclusion is one of two Camp Escape sites I had the pleasure of staying at. The land is lovely -- wonderfully private, and wide open so ideal for stargazing. And Tara and her dad were so sweet and helpful! Would absolutely stay again.

It was our second time at Tara’s. We loved the seclusion site, it is really private and you are surrounded by trees all around. Tara left plenty of wood for us and the fire with the cooler weather was wonderful. We hiked and we went for a canoe ride. Our dog also had an amazing time running free and exploring. I can’t recommend it enough!

We had a great time despite the rain we were able to use the kayaks they had and the row boat. My grandson ten absolutely loved hiking in the woods. It was so peaceful and relaxing. If you can do without creature comforts like electricity and ru Ning water this is amazing. They even have wood at camp site at no additional al charge. We hope to go back this year but Definitely next year. Channan

Perfection it was secluded private wood at site kayaks and boats at random spots along river and tons of hiking. My grandson heard an owl for the first time in his life we can’t wait to return. Well worth a three hour drive. From cities.

It was a great place to bunker down for a few days. There’s a lot of firewood nearby & a trail in the back, which our dog loved. Our stay here was very peaceful and Tara was willing to help us with anything we needed. Come prepared for cold nights if you’re camping in the late fall, though.

I enjoyed everything about Camp Escape (Seclusion camp site). From the secluded area to the well maintained campsite, everything was perfect. It has everything you could need right at your disposal —firewood, fire pit, boats, a beautiful lake, and tons of trails. Although, I will say we could not get a bite on the lake, we will have to try harder next time. Either way, an amazing campground in a beautiful area. If you’re looking for an actual weekend GETAWAY, then look no further, book this place right now.
