Welcome to Camp Chippewa where you will experience nature without pollution. We have the most beautiful river on the planet because it's ours. There is over 3 miles of pristine river frontage on the Chippewa River. You will be miles from the nearest town, so you will have no night lighting of the sky around you. This makes viewing the solar system and milky way galaxy exceptional in the evening. You will have access to world famous fly fishing sites where state record catches have been recorded. You will have choices of where you would like to camp for there are over 300 sites available and some of these are for sale. There will be plenty of wildlife to see here because we do not allow hunting. We want you to experience primitive camping and that means being quiet and enjoying it. It is very important for all to feel the serenity of this pristine environment without chasing off the wildlife. The kayaking and canoeing and tubing are amazing. We hope to see you soon and we hope you will become regulars to Camp Chippewa. Thank you and may God bless you.
