It's just a little bitty pissant country place, ain't nothin' much to see...

This property has been owned by my family since 1867. It's less than ten miles from Charleston, the state capital of West Virginia. It is mostly tree-covered hillside, but there are several large, open meadows. The only structures are my single-wide trailer home with an open garage and an old two-story cellar house. Currently, there is another single wide trailer behind my current home, but it is in the process of being torn down. Coopers Creek separates the property from the two-lane road that brings you here. A private one-lane bridge owned by myself is the only way across the creek. There are plenty of places to park a vehicle. My single-wide trailer home sits in the middle of the various open meadows and fields.
