Ralph has done an awesome job creating a wonderful secluded campground. The RV site is level and situated next to the well maintained bathrooms and shower house and overlooks the farm perfectly. We loved walking around and meeting the friendly animals. There is a beautiful walking path leading through the woods along the river that is well groomed and perfect for a stroll. Like the other campsites in the campground the RV site has a nice fire ring and picnic table for camper use. It was a nice relaxing getaway with plenty of activities and things to do on the property.

We loved walking along the riverThe horses were friendly and happily came up to the fence for some petsThe sign to show you where to turn inPerfect RV site tucked among the shady trees

Beautiful farm with 4 private camping lots. Easy walk to a secluded swimming hole and a wooded river. Property is well maintained and Ralph and his family are friendly and hospitable. Would highly recommend for tent camping or a RV hookup. Make sure you get a dozen farm fresh eggs and enjoy the fire pit.

Such a great place! Everyone was so friendly and we had a blast. Bathroom was clean and well taken care of. Just steps away from the river and within walking distance of the swimming hole with rope swings. Lots of beautiful mowed walking trails. Will definitely be back!

We will bring tubes next time to float from the swimming hole back to the camp ground. A look down the river from the swimming hole. We had just gotten a lot of rain so it was a bit muddy but really nice!Hookup right next to the bath house.

We had a great time during our stay here. Our RV site was right next to the bathroom and close to the river. The bathroom is very nice and well kept. There are many paths to walk that are also mowed and well kept for easy walking. Ralph was an excellent host and made sure we were familiar with the farm and also made sure we had everything we needed. The swimming hole is also very nice and just about a mile walk from our campsite. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time camping at Ralph’s Farm for 3 days. Between the mowed trails, visiting the animals and the river, our 3 kids had plenty to do. We enjoyed Creek wading, using Ralph’s boats, and riding bikes. It was a perfect camping trip for us.
We really appreciated the full bathroom for our private use. This was our main reason for choosing HipCamp over a state park campground, and it was definitely worth it. We cannot wait to bring our kids back again.

What a fantastic farm and camp site! Ralph was an awesome host. He asked for our ETA to be able to meet us up the road and escort us to the site. He gave us the rundown on the farm and activities, and couldn’t have been more helpful! The farm is immaculately kept. It was such a nice retreat from the city and we will be back!

I really enjoyed staying at Carp Cove Farm! Everyone who works the farm is super nice, and is willing to answer any questions you have about the animals. Ralph is very friendly, and will always stop to chat (even for just a few minutes). We loved that the campsite was dog friendly, and will definitely bring our pup the next time we go there. The bath house is clean and well stocked, and there are ports-potties at every tent site. You should absolutely get the farm fresh eggs! Grocery store eggs are forever ruined for us!
