Our property that we are offering for you to camp on is primitive. There are no water, electric or sewer sources. We have an active sheep and goat farm closer to our home that you are welcome to come and visit with the animals. There is a pond that you are welcome to fish in but, we still have some work to complete for safer access and we ask that you catch and release. We have free range chickens and you are welcome to come and “find” eggs for your breakfast. There are plenty of trees down on our property for you to gather fire wood.

The Flinderation Tunnel, a notably “haunted area” is nearby. North Bend State Park is also about a 5 minute drive.

Pets are welcome but, because of our sheep, goats and guardian animals we ask that they remain on a leash.

You will see deer, raccoon, squirrels, fox, coyotes and multiple other wildlife while staying on our farm!

This is a work in progress for us so, please be patient and just enjoy your peaceful stay with us!

We have plans to add a few outhouses and a new dam at the pond in the near future and even possibly a couple of primitive cabins! So, stay tuned and come and visit!

We have campers that can be rented for your stay as well! Look in the EXTRAS!

    What a wonderful time!

Barbara was a amazing host. She gave us a warm welcome and was there for all our questions. She provided us with farm eggs, lamb, and cooking supplies as well as firewood.

The campsite was great to say the least. We saw deer and coyotes on almost all days and the view of the stars was superb. It was also very private and we loved that.

This site is close to lots of great hiking and biking trails and yet also not far from food and other shops.

I will be coming back! This was one of the best sites we have been to and we have been doing this every fall for 5 years throughout West Virginia.

    Highly recommended!!!
