Great little secluded meadow, right down the road from the lake and easy access to the forest! They were super accommodating. We were the first but won’t be the last!
Thanks again
This site is very much nestled in the trees! It is a wonderful spot to pitch a tent and then go out and explore the forests and Olympic NPS nearby. The stars were incredible at night from the campsite. John was very welcoming and gave us a small tour of their farm. It is such a nice location and a great getaway from the city. You are off a main road so you may hear some car noise but it did not bother us at all and we did not notice it very much! I would definitely come back. :)

Perfect location!! Hosts were fantastic, would definitely go back!
I enjoyed my stay with Tuvalu & John on their hipcamp.; the location is perfect (close to the national forest, and coastal towns), and it was a perfect quiet and cozy spot to park my camper van for a night or two before venturing onward.
Additionally, the host is a wealth of information of sustainable living, and life in general!
Merci!
I stayed two nights -
The directions were simple (even though I was aa little late!), the land was beautiful and quiet (who wouldn’t want the Olympic park to be in their back yard?), and Tuvalu was generous in sharing her knowledge.
I’m really grateful for the the time I had with these hosts, and would recommend a stay when you’re in their neck of the woods...
Merci!
Tuvalu was such a fantastic host! We got set up at the campsite but then she upgraded us to one of the glamping locations onsite, helped us set up a fire, provided us a cooking stove, and even gave us a tour of the farm and animals the next morning. We enjoyed getting to know her, seeing her land, meeting her family, and how conscientious she was with COVID protocols. Would totally recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!
Tuvalu was great!! So friendly and awesome communication. Would absolutely stay here again!
Tuvalu and her family are great! They are very welcoming, and have a lovely little farm with some great views right off Highway 101. Place was a little hard to find, but Tuvalu was very helpful.
Awesome hosts!
