Jen was a great host. She waited for me till late night to greet me and show me around. Running hot water and a place to take a shower and microwave.
My camp site was lit with 3 tiki tourches, a fire pit, picnic table and a large patio umbrella. Didnt see much of the farm till early morning. It was a site to see. I woke up to roosters crowing, horses grazing and a great view of the sunrise. Next visit i will for sure set up a tent.
Recommend if you are the type the loves the outdoors and appreciate the other amenities of having a bathroom, and a shower with hot water :)
Lots of cute animals, beautiful views, and a really nice host. Jen, the host, is friendly and accommodating without being intrusive.
Plus, this place is heaven for animal lovers. I got to play with baby goats and a litter of puppies, and hang out with some friendly horses.
Make sure you head down the road to the conservation area for a pretty hike. Or go for a trail ride with Jen.
Jen is extremely friendly and a great hostess. If your an animal lover there are lots of animals on the ranch, plus they offer trail rides. Beautiful sunset view and a conservation area 2 minutes up the road for hiking. Highly recommend staying a night!!
We loved staying at the horse ranch as we passed through Spokane! We viewed many birds and a lovely sunset from our campsite. All the ranchhands were welcoming and very friendly. They happily shared with us their experience on the ranch. Unfortunately we arrived late in the day and left very early the next and did not get to meet Jen, however it was easy to chat with her via text/phone both before and after our visit.
We very much enjoyed camping on this beautiful ranch with startlit skies at night! The yellow jackets were pretty intense but thankfully we weren’t there during the day. We may not have been able to eat lunch or dinner there without being surrounded. Otherwise, all was well and peaceful.
This was an awesome campsite! It's really conveniently located in Spokane, and super easy to find. The campsite has a bathroom and shower, along with a kitchen and a common room! It was super fun to watch all the horses, and the sunset was incredible!
What a unique and fun experience!! If you like animals I highly recommend coming here! Plus Jenn is such a kind host, she makes you feel right at home! We loved seeing the variety of animals, and even going out on the amazing trail nearby. It's an experience we won't forget!
This was such a fun place to camp! We drove our (very tiny) camper right up to the gate and were greeted by a very kind ranch hand that gave us a tour of the property. There were SO many horses, cattle, goats, dogs, etc. which was super cool. We made a bunch of new animal friends! The setting was lovely and easy to access - super close to Spokane, but far enough away from the city lights. There was a bit of activity since it's a working barn / ranch, but that was fine by us. Thanks for hosting!
