Very gracious hosts. Beautiful and peaceful spot close to the river. River beach is rocky so bring good shoes. Short drive to la push and Rialto beach. This was their first week hosting so some of the facility kinks were being worked out. Check in with hosts if you have specific needs for restrooms and running water. Overall a great spot.

This was my first hipcampout ;) What I liked best about my experience: was the intimate setting. Large state run campgrounds can have a corporate feel- and be a little nuts when full! So, staying here for my long weekend with my three dogs, was like discovering your favorite local coffee shop (with river beach access) and abandoning your old instant coffee ;)

Michael and his wife were very welcoming when we arrived. The spots are in a great location by the river and a free bundle of wood is provided. An ideal location for access to Olympic National Park and about 12 miles from Hoh Rainforest entrance. Would stay here again.

My family and I spent a night here and really enjoyed our time. The hosts were kind and helpful, while also leaving us to ourselves so that we could enjoy our time in seclusion. Our daughter and dog had the best time playing by the river. Truly a beautiful area and a wonderful experience.

Unless you want to stay at what appears to be a tweaker compound...DONT CAMP HERE! None of the emanates listed are available. Sure there’s a shower...inclosed in a chain link fence open to all “campers” if you’re into that. Might I mention that it’s listed as a 5 acre lot *cough *cough you mean a shy 1 acre on a good day. Bottom line is you pay to camp in someone’s backyard. I’ll give one plus, take a quick walk to the river and it’s beautiful, but extremely rocky. You can’t camp on the river. I don’t know what more to say than this is the charter school scam of camping.

The host was very pleasant and welcoming, they were very nice and gave us a free bundle of wood upon arrival. While our party had a great time together, the property was not as advertised. We werent given any information about where the amenities were (showers/bathrooms/kitchen).

The property is essentially an open field very close to two trailer homes with no oportunities for privacy. It was advertised as a sandy beach on the river, when in reality it was rocky.

Thank you so much for your feedback. As advertised there are Multiple RV parking areas as well as multiple RVs and 7 styles of choose your own structure you or we can build for you. Yurt style Belle Tents with power Water Bathrooms, outdoor showers, sandy beaches that recent Campers love on the river bank. I have to say the 4th of July weekend for our company was very busy and Im sorry you came when we had 120 people in different properties across the 30 homes we manage and our recent purchase of Your Favorite Resort on the River. It is only 2 months old and is still a young infant in growth. But with 11 dry/partial hookup sites private by forrested areas. And 9 RV 4 covered sites with Full Water Sewer and Power. If you could have contacted me as I had requested and gotten more info it would have been more helpful to design the right site for you. But as you went for the least expensive option on the list on the busiest holiday of the summer I dont believe your review is justified and I will be reporting this as slander and misleading info. Reading some of your other negative reviews and your requests for a refund is obvious this is your ploy to bash small business in hopes of a free ride. Im very sorry for you. Please dont ask for any future bookings. And Owner beware of Gabi not a nice guest!
